Empowering Our People to Lead the American Energy Future
Our people power progress at Arevon, where a culture of learning and development equips our team to drive the future of renewable energy.

At Arevon, we’re committed to not only building world-class energy projects but also to developing world-class talent. People — not just innovation — are vital to the long-term success of every project we build in communities. That’s why we’ve invested in building a culture where people thrive, with learning and development opportunities that deepen expertise, create career pathways, and equip our team to lead the American energy future.
People: The Real Power Behind Arevon’s Success
Arevon is dedicated to powering America with secure, reliable, sustainable energy that strengthens communities and protects future generations. But it’s our people who truly power our success. A strong American energy future requires resilience, creativity, and leadership — qualities that thrive when individuals feel supported and have meaningful opportunities to grow.
Inclusivity, respect, integrity, and empathy guide how we collaborate, make decisions, and develop as a team — helping our people build meaningful connections to the projects they work on and the colleagues they work alongside.
Today, our team includes more than 300 professionals representing more than 25 nationalities, with nearly 40% of positions held by women. Together, our colleagues have completed over 3,000 hours of training and contributed more than 1,500 volunteer hours, strengthening both our organization and the communities we serve.
This commitment to and by our people has also earned external recognition. In 2025, Arevon received several awards, among them recognition as a Top Workplace for Innovation, Work-Life Balance, Compensation and Benefits, and Leadership. Our dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) – through DEIJ-focused groups, employee events, and other activities – has also been formally recognized. In 2024, we were proud to receive Silver Certification from the Solar Energy Industries Association’s DEIJ Program, becoming one of only 13 organizations to achieve silver or higher in this evidence-based program — a recognition that underscores our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting the growth and success of every team member. This year, we’re building on that momentum by pursuing gold certification through enhanced training and strengthened resources that embed DEIJ across our organization.
Creating a Culture of Learning and Growth
Our People team has reinforced this culture with programs that reach colleagues at every stage of their careers. From onboarding to leadership development, we’re creating pathways for growth that support individuals and the organization as a whole.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
At Arevon, we believe education opens doors and shapes futures. Our robust Tuition Reimbursement Program invests in our people by providing financial support, empowering them to pursue advanced degrees and certifications that can uplift careers, families, and communities. Because when education is accessible, possibilities expand.
“I chose an MBA to gain management and leadership skills, learn about the financial side of the business, and to help me make better business decisions,” says participant Max Dreager, Engineering Manager. “I most likely would not have made the decision to go back to school if it weren’t for the Tuition Reimbursement Program from Arevon.”
Stephanie Vlad, Project Management and Construction Senior Analyst said, “I’m currently enrolled in an evening MBA program. My team is fully supportive of my schedule and helps me work around classes and exams. By following a disciplined routine and leaning on that support, I’ve been able to manage both work and school.”
To date, more than 20 individuals have enrolled in the program, with ten people already completing their coursework.
New Hire Training
Long-term success starts with the first day on the job, and our in-person New Hire Training Program gives team members the tools to integrate quickly and confidently. Training modules teach new hires about the company, departments, and policies as well as the energy industry as a whole. As one new team member noted, “I really appreciated the training, and I think it’s a great way to orient myself before starting.”
Beyond the initial training we provide, we’re also looking forward to the launch of a new learning platform where professionals will be able to access curated tracks, microlearning tools, and a comprehensive content library to support continuous development.

PowerUp Leadership Training
Arevon’s PowerUp Leadership Training helps managers with at least one direct report strengthen their leaderships skills and reinforce the company’s culture and goals. Delivered in a dynamic, high-energy format, the in-person program equips leaders with practical tools for communication, coaching, and decision-making, all rooted in real-world scenarios.
More than 50 managers have completed the training. Participants consistently report leaving each session more confident and motivated to put their new skills into practice. As one leader shared, “I thought the entire program was designed perfectly for managers here at Arevon. Training provided scenarios that directly relate to my work daily. Being able to apply these tools going forward will help drive my department forward.”

Mentorship Program
Arevon’s Mentorship Program helps team members connect with experienced leaders, gain valuable insights, and build lasting relationships that support personal and professional growth. Since its launch, more than 100 mentors and 120 mentees have participated. The program runs in three-month cycles in the fall and winter, beginning with a one-hour training session for both mentors and mentees. Mentees prepare two to three personal or professional goals at the outset, which they then work through with their mentors to gain clarity, build confidence, and develop the tools needed to achieve them.
For mentees, this translates to new ways to excel in their roles and an expanded understanding of how they can contribute to the broader renewable energy industry. Former mentee and Portfolio Finance Senior Analyst Luke Lorton said, “The program connected my curiosity and interests to a mentor who’s experienced in that field and ultimately gave suggestions on how I can steer my career to match my interests.”
When asked about the greatest benefit of the mentorship program, one mentor reflected, “The relationship with my mentee. I believe that mentorship should be a two-way street, and I’ve learned just as much from them as I hope they’ve learned from me.
Lunch and Learns
Arevon hosts lunch and learns that bring colleagues together across teams to share expertise, spark new ideas, and foster a mindset of openness and collaboration. These sessions prompt inclusive discussions on technical topics, new initiatives, and department overviews that highlight each team’s unique contributions. Regular participation reinforces a culture where curiosity is encouraged, knowledge is exchanged freely, and learning is embraced as a collective responsibility.
Over the past year, we have hosted numerous lunch and learns, and we look forward to more presentations in the future.

Affinity Groups
As part of our commitment to our people, Arevon proudly supports internal Affinity Groups that create space for colleagues with shared experiences and interests to learn from one another, build support networks, and grow at work and at home. Arevon’s Affinity Groups include:
- Generating Leadership Opportunities for Women (GLOW): empowers women to become influential leaders through workshops, networking, and advocacy.
- Environmentalist Professionals (EP): promotes sustainable practices at work and in local communities through educational resources, community volunteering, and sustainable practices.
- Asian Society for Inclusion and Awareness Network (ASIAN): celebrates Asian cultures and provides development opportunities through events and workshops.
- Community for Awareness, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE): supports mental health and well-being while reducing stigma in the workplace.

Annual Conference
In-person connection fuels growth and strengthens teams. Our annual conference brings colleagues together to learn, plan, and engage — through department-specific training sessions and motivational guest speakers, team-building activities like the Arevon Olympic Games, and a look ahead at the strategy guiding Arevon forward.
These experiences build bonds, celebrate achievements, and inspire a shared sense of purpose. As one team member reflected, “The organized team-building activities were an excellent way to strengthen team cohesion, meet new colleagues, and boost morale.” Another colleague appreciated the inclusivity of the event, noting, “Most companies only allow the executives to participate in this kind of conference. It’s a huge deal that Arevon includes everyone at all levels.”

Built on Innovation, Powered by People
At Arevon, people development and project development go hand in hand. Investing in learning, leadership, mentorship, and inclusion doesn’t merely support team members — it cultivates the talent and resilience that will carry the energy sector forward.
Our goal is to create a workforce that is ready to power an American energy future with skill and confidence. By pairing innovation with empowered people, we’re doing our part to contribute to the United States’ growing energy needs with world-class projects and world-class people.
