Executive Leadership

Justin Johnson
Chief Executive Officer
Justin Johnson serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Arevon, where he drives the company’s strategy, growth, and advancement of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States. With more than 20 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure operations, and large-scale project execution, he has a proven track record of delivering energy solutions at scale.
Johnson formed Arevon in 2017 and played a key role in growing the company from a team of three employees with zero operating projects to a leading independent power producer, owning and operating more than 6 gigawatts of utility-scale solar, energy storage, and solar-plus-storage projects in 18 U.S. states. During his tenure, Arevon has expanded its workforce to over 300 professionals and consistently ranks at the top among its peers for project performance and fleet availability.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Johnson was Arevon’s Chief Operating Officer for nearly five years, overseeing Asset Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Risk & Insurance. He also held senior leadership positions at Capital Dynamics, EDP Renewables, and Horizon Wind Energy. Earlier in his career, he served as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force for seven years in flight test engineering and project management roles.
Johnson earned a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. He serves as a Board Member for the American Clean Power Association.

Denise Tait
Chief Investment Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer
Denise Tait serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Arevon. Tait is a financial expert and energy industry veteran, with a 30-year legacy of success in managing billions of dollars of assets, executing financial transactions, and leading teams.
Tait joined Arevon as CIO in 2024 to lead the company’s Project Finance and Investment divisions. Tait manages Arevon’s multi-billion-dollar financing activities on an annual basis, while advancing the company’s portfolio of solar, energy storage, and solar-plus-storage projects.
Prior to joining Arevon, Tait served for more than five years as Co-President for Starwood Infrastructure Finance, a leading real estate and infrastructure finance company, where she managed more than $2.5 billion of assets and led the origination, underwriting, and portfolio management teams. Tait also worked for more than 20 years at GE Capital, holding various senior financial roles in credit and origination lending as well as serving as the Global Head of Project Finance Debt – Managing Director.
Tait earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business. She has served on the Board of Earthplace, previously holding the Board Chair and Finance Chair positions.

Tommy Greer
Chief Commercial Officer
Tommy Greer serves as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Arevon. Greer is a strategic growth leader, with two decades of experience in renewable energy — including in wind, solar, and battery storage technologies — across most U.S. geographies.
Greer joined Arevon as CCO in 2021, and has expanded the company’s solar, energy storage, and solar-plus-storage assets across the United States. He leads the teams responsible for Origination, Market Operations and Structuring, Interconnection and Transmission, and Market Intelligence. His dynamic leadership style has been pivotal in ensuring Arevon maintains its position as a competitive, leading independent power producer.
Prior to joining Arevon, Greer spent 14 years at EDP Renewables as the Head of Origination for North America where he was responsible for executing more than 5 gigawatts of commercial arrangements with load-serving entities, corporations, traders, and institutional customers. The structured power and environmental attribute transactions completed by his team exceeded $7 billion in notional value.
Greer earned an MBA from Rice University, a Master of Arts in Climate and Society from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Southern Methodist University.

Shanelle Montana
Chief Development Officer
Shanelle Montana serves as Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Arevon. Montana is a seasoned industry professional, with extensive experience from global, large-scale renewable energy companies and an established track record of driving project pipeline growth.
As CDO, Montana oversees the strategic and efficient expansion of Arevon’s development portfolio. Montana also supports the company’s ongoing entry into new U.S. markets and leads the execution of greenfield project development efforts.
Before joining Arevon, Montana held several executive roles at Lightsource bp, most recently as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. In this position, she oversaw a 20 gigawatt (GW) pipeline of solar and energy storage projects in the U.S. As Vice President of Development at Lightsource bp, Montana led a 15 GW development portfolio of renewable energy projects. She also worked in key roles at BayWa r.e. and EDF Renewables.
Montana earned a Master of Public Policy from American University and also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Hamline University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Solar Energy Industries Association and as a Board Member and Co-founder for the Du Nord Foundation. Montana also previously served as a Board Member for the Clean Grid Alliance.

Vesco Petrov
Chief Legal and Risk Officer
Vesco Petrov is the Chief Legal and Risk Officer of Arevon and is responsible for all legal operations.
Petrov has more than a decade of legal experience honed in a law firm, start-up, and public corporation setting. Across these venues, he has specialized in utility-scale solar generation transactions, with a specific focus on EPC, M&A, warranty, and dispute resolution matters.
Prior to joining Arevon, Petrov held legal positions with First Solar, DEPCOM Power, and Bradley Arant Boult & Cummings.
Petrov holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama.

Anand Narayanan
Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Operations
Anand Narayanan serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Operations at Arevon. Narayanan brings to his role more than 15 years of experience in utility-scale solar and energy storage operations and maintenance (O&M).
Narayanan joined Arevon in 2018, previously serving in various leadership positions and contributing to the company’s expansion from 2 gigawatts (GW) of operating assets to an operational portfolio of more than 6 GW. He currently leads Arevon’s Asset Management, Operations, and Risk & Insurance functions, which play a central role in maintaining performance across the company’s portfolio.
Prior to working at Arevon, Narayanan held various roles at First Solar, including Performance Engineer and Technical Sales Manager. At First Solar, he was responsible for selling third-party O&M services and brought in more than $2.5 million of annual margin via long-term O&M contracts. Prior to that, he was responsible for performance reporting, analysis, and operations.
Narayanan earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Energy and Power Systems, from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Technology for Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.

Jeremy Rand
Senior Vice President, Project Execution
Jeremy Rand serves as Senior Vice President of Project Execution at Arevon. Rand has a strong track record spanning 15 years of success in renewables performance, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), operations and maintenance (O&M), and risk management.
Rand joined Arevon in 2021, previously serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Procurement as well as in other various leadership positions within the department. Presently, Rand leads the company’s Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management and Construction functions, overseeing teams responsible for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and at scale.
Prior to working at Arevon, Rand spent nine years at First Solar, serving in various roles including Director of Sales Operations and Fulfillment, Senior Manager of Global Business Development, and Manager of Business Development.
Rand earned a Master of Arts in Security, Terrorism, and Insurgency from the University of Leeds in West Yorkshire, England, and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University.
Senior Leadership

Heather Barone
Vice President, Environmental Affairs
Heather Barone serves as Vice President of Environmental Affairs at Arevon. Barone brings more than 25 years of experience in environmental permitting and federal compliance, as well as leadership skills honed from managing cross-disciplinary teams supporting energy development across North America.
Barone joined Arevon in 2025 and leads federal permitting, environmental compliance, and risk management across the company’s greenfield development, construction, and operating projects. She oversees the Environmental Affairs team and directs permitting strategy, agency engagement, and due diligence for development and M&A activities, while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Prior to working at Arevon, Barone began her career at Tetra Tech EC (formerly Foster Wheeler) as a Project Manager and Engineer, managing large wetland restoration and environmental remediation efforts, as well as federal and state permitting programs across Florida. She then spent 12 years at NextEra Energy Resources (formerly FPL Energy) as a Senior Environmental Advisor, driving environmental strategy and permitting for solar, wind, and energy storage projects nationwide. Most recently, Barone served as Head of Environmental and Permitting at Enel Green Power North America, overseeing due diligence and permitting strategies for a diverse portfolio of greenfield development, operational, and M&A energy projects.
Barone received an Environmental Engineering, Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University, which included one year at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, where she studied Environmental Law and Water Resource Management.

Daniel Casement
Vice President, Market Operations and Structuring
Daniel Casement serves as Vice President of Market Operations and Structuring at Arevon. With more than 15 years of experience in power and commodity markets, Casement is adept at developing trading strategies to maximize revenue and managing exposure to market prices.
Casement joined Arevon in 2021 and has since led the management of the company’s 1+ gigawatt (GW) merchant solar and energy storage portfolio.
Prior to working at Arevon, Casement was employed at sPower for more than two years, where he oversaw the Structuring and Analytics team and helped close more than 1 GW of solar and energy storage deals. He also worked at AES for eight years in various commercial and risk management roles with a focus on merchant generation assets.
Casement holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Law from the University of Manchester, England.

Josh Coon
Vice President, Development
Josh Coon serves as Vice President of Development at Arevon. Coon is practiced in all stages of the renewable energy project lifecycle — including greenfield development, project design, permitting, and construction — and brings a decade of experience to his role in moverseeing development strategy and project execution.
Coon joined Arevon in 2020, previously serving in various leadership positions on the Development team within the company. Presently, Coon leads a team responsible for the full scope of development activities for a robust portfolio of Arevon’s Western region assets — from project inception to pre-construction. Over the course of his tenure at the company, Coon has been responsible for approximately 30 projects and has successfully completed the development of more than 1.5 gigawatts (GW) of energy storage assets.
Prior to working at Arevon, Coon spent four years developing utility-scale wind and solar projects at EDP Renewables. Throughout his career, Coon has managed the development of more than 1.9 GW of solar and wind and more than 7 gigawatt hours hours of energy storage.
Coon holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering from Pennsylvania State University with a focus on renewable energy technologies.

Trish Evans
Vice President, Community Relations
Trish Evans serves as Vice President of Community Relations at Arevon. With more than 20 years of experience in community and stakeholder relations, Evans is adept at building public support and stakeholder trust for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
Evans joined Arevon in 2024, and her expertise has been instrumental in developing Arevon’s community engagement framework. She leads a team responsible for the planning, coordination, and activation of community and stakeholder engagement for Arevon’s solar, energy storage, and solar-plus-storage portfolio across the United States.
Prior to Arevon, Evans worked at Enel North America as the first dedicated Senior Community Affairs Partner. She has deep roots in farming and rural environments, having worked with local, state, and federal programs for Conservation Districts and United States Department of Agriculture programs earlier in her career.

Katherine Gensler
Vice President, Government Affairs and Marketing
Katherine Gensler serves as Vice President of Government Affairs and Marketing for Arevon, leading the company’s strategic engagement with federal and statement government officials and crafting the Arevon message for a wide variety of external audiences, from financial partners to community stakeholders.
Previously, Gensler spent 13 years with the Solar Energy Industries Association, expanding its advocacy before Congress and the Administration on behalf of the U.S. solar industry. She also served as an energy analyst at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where she advised the Commission on electricity and natural gas policies throughout the west.
Gensler holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. Committed to educating the next generation of energy leaders, she serves on the Board of Visitors of the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies.

Erik Goedeke
Deputy General Counsel
Erik Goedeke serves as Deputy General Counsel at Arevon. Goedeke possesses nearly 15 years of experience across renewable energy, construction contracting, project development, procurement, and broader infrastructure transactions.
Goedeke joined Arevon in 2021 and has been instrumental in guiding the company’s legal work on complex commercial and project matters. He advises on procurement, construction, development, origination, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and disputes, leading a team of lawyers supporting those functions. His work includes negotiating major engineering, procurement, and construction agreements for solar, energy storage, and hybrid assets, while helping the company navigate evolving tariff requirements and other market developments.
Prior to working at Arevon, Goedeke spent nine years at EDP Renewables North America, where he advanced from contracts and procurement roles into a counsel position supporting wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Over the course of his tenure, he negotiated construction and supply contracts, supported build-transfer agreements, advised on disputes and risk management, and worked closely with internal teams on development, operations, and transaction execution.
Goedeke holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Baylor University.

Eric Huswick
Vice President, Finance
Eric Huswick serves as Vice President of Finance at Arevon. Huswick oversees the company’s Development Accounting and Tax functions and works closely with the Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance divisions.
Huswick joined Arevon in 2019, and has built a formidable team, strategically insourcing the knowledge base and skillsets needed to support the company. He also played a key role in Arevon’s Inflation Reduction Act implementation, including corporate and transaction restructurings.
Prior to working at Arevon, Huswick was employed at Deloitte for five years, focusing on global tax reporting, audit, and compliance for large multinationals as well as real estate and financial institutions.
Huswick is a certified public accountant. He earned a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the University of Washington.

Sarah Kalin
Deputy General Counsel
Sarah Kalin serves as Deputy General Counsel at Arevon. Ms. Kalin has more than 10 years of experience advising sponsors, financial institutions, and investors on project development, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex energy and infrastructure transactions.
Ms. Kalin joined Arevon in 2024, and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s in-house legal capabilities during a period of significant growth. In her position, she helps manage legal, compliance, and structural risk across Arevon’s expansive portfolio of solar, energy storage, and hybrid assets, with a particular focus on corporate governance and the company’s financing transactions, both at a project and corporate level.
Prior to working at Arevon, Ms. Kalin gained extensive industry experience in both private practice and in-house roles. She was most recently a Counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She also previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Brookfield Renewable U.S.
Ms. Kalin holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Chemical Physics, summa cum laude, from Tufts University.

Nimmi Kavasery
Managing Director, Project Finance
Nimmi Kavasery serves as Managing Director of Project Finance at Arevon. Kavasery has more than 15 years of project finance experience, including over a decade of successfully executing renewable energy transactions.
Kavasery joined Arevon in 2024, and presently, she oversees the negotiation and execution of project financings and tax credit transfers, as well as the structuring of tax equity and preferred equity partnerships. Since stepping into her role, Kavasery and her team have closed multiple financing packages, securing over $5.1 billion in project financing and advancing multiple gigawatts of solar and energy storage capacity.
Prior to working at Arevon, Kavasery spent 10 years at Bank of America, where she co-led the Bank’s tax credit syndication desk and underwrote the tax equity investments. Preceding Bank of America, Kavasery held various equity and debt underwriting roles at GE Capital – Energy Financial Services.
Kavasery earned an MBA in Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an AB Degree in International Development from Brown University.

Lydia Li
Director, Investment
Lydia Li serves as Director of Investment at Arevon. Li is practiced in originating, evaluating, and executing on investments to successfully advance solar and energy storage portfolios.
Li joined Arevon in 2021, and presently, she co-leads mergers and acquisitions, including the purchase of projects, portfolios, and platforms. Her team is responsible for underwriting Arevon’s development pipeline and operating projects, as well as assisting with the company’s capital allocation strategy and valuation for the entire platform.
Prior to working at Arevon, Li was an investor at Generate Capital for two years, where she led sustainable infrastructure investments with a focus on renewable power, hydrogen, and mobility. She also worked for several years at Commonfund Capital as a private equity investor in natural resources and at Macquarie Capital as an investment banker.
Li earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Brindavani Malladi
Vice President, Interconnection
Brindavani Malladi serves as Vice President of Interconnection at Arevon. Malladi brings to her role more than 20 years of experience in strategic transmission planning, interconnection, and market assessments for new energy projects across the U.S.
Malladi joined Arevon in 2019, previously serving in various leadership positions on the Transmission and Interconnection teams within the company. Presently, Malladi’s technically advanced team is heavily involved in transmission and interconnection evaluations, mergers and acquisitions, greenfield project selection and assessments, energy storage augmentation analysis and approvals, and operational fleet management.
Prior to working at Arevon, Malladi spent 13 years at the Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM) Interconnection, where she led generation interconnection, deactivation, and transmission expansion studies with an emphasis on process improvements. She worked closely with project managers to navigate the interconnection process and execute all the necessary interconnection agreements. She has also authored and published technical papers on congestion pricing and the interconnection process.
Malladi earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Blair Matocha
Vice President, Communications

Chris Matthews
Vice President, Development
Chris Matthews serves as Vice President of Development at Arevon, bringing more than a decade of experience in overseeing development strategy and project execution.
Matthews joined Arevon in 2021, previously serving in various leadership positions on the Development team within the company. Presently, he leads a team responsible for the full scope of development activities — from project inception to pre-construction — for assets in Arevon’s Midwest and Eastern regions. Matthews and his team have brought nearly 1.2 gigawatts of projects to construction for Arevon, with more capacity expected to enter construction in the years to come.
Prior to joining Arevon, Matthews was a Senior Project Development Manager at AES Clean Energy, where he led greenfield development and permitting of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects as well as distributed generation assets in New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) and Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM). Earlier in his career, he spent several years developing utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects as well as distributed generation assets at EDP Renewables and Greensmith Energy.
Matthews holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Virginia Tech University.

Nick Maynard
Vice President, Engineering
Nick Maynard serves as Vice President of Engineering at Arevon. Maynard has more than 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, finance, and project management, focusing on large commercial and utility-scale projects in the United States and Guam.
Maynard joined Arevon in 2021, previously serving in various leadership positions on the Engineering and Construction teams within the company. Presently, Maynard’s team’s responsibilities include solar and storage energy modeling, project design, quality assurance and quality control analysis, weekly reporting, commissioning, and the financial close-out efforts for the independent engineer.
Before joining Arevon, Maynard served in various roles for NRG Energy. Throughout his career, he has supported the development and construction of more than 4.5 gigawatts (GW) of solar and 1.5 GW/5.4 gigawatt hours of energy storage projects.
Maynard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

David Peterson
Vice President, Procurement

Emily Petrocy
Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Emily Petrocy serves as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Arevon. Petrocy has more than a decade of experience in financial planning and modeling, forecasting, strategic growth, and investor-facing analysis.
Petrocy joined Arevon in 2021, and has played a key role in building and expanding the company’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. In her current position, she supports long-term growth scenario modeling and valuation initiatives, while translating the company’s strategic priorities into annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. She also oversees financial analysis related to Arevon’s development portfolio, capital allocation, and broader corporate planning efforts.
Prior to working at Arevon, Petrocy held finance and FP&A positions at Embark Behavioral Health and HEPACO, where she managed budgeting and forecasting, KPI development, growth planning, mergers and acquisitions integration, and financial reporting. Earlier in her career, she held accounting and finance roles at CORMETECH, Driven Brands, and Northwestern Mutual.
Petrocy is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina Honors College, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Tina Raether
Vice President, Accounting
Tina Raether is the Vice President of Accounting at Arevon where she provides technical and operational leadership across the accounting and financial reporting functions.
Prior to joining Arevon, Raether was an Assurance Director at PwC within the Asset and Wealth Management practice with more than 13 years of public accounting experience. Her responsibilities included leading both public and private audit engagements, business development, recruiting, and learning and development course facilitation.
Raether graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Master of Science in Accountancy and a certificate in International Business. She is an active CPA in Arizona and a member of the AICPA and Arizona Society of CPAs.

Deirdra Redmon
Vice President, Treasurer
Deirdra Redmon serves as Treasurer at Arevon. Redmon brings to her role more than 13 years of treasury and public accounting experience, overseeing the financial well-being of large-scale renewable energy companies.
Redmon joined Arevon in 2022, previously serving in various leadership positions on the Finance team within the company. Presently, Redmon manages corporate liquidity, maintains banking partnerships, and leads the structuring and raising of corporate and non-project sources of capital.
Prior to working at Arevon, Redmon spent more than six years as a member of the Treasury team at First Solar, with four of those years as Assistant Treasurer, leading corporate and manufacturing financing.
Redmon is a certified public accountant. She holds a Master’s in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Joseph Santo
Managing Director, Investment
Joseph Santo serves as Managing Director of Investment at Arevon. With over 15 years of experience in equity investments and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Santo focuses on thesis-driven investing in renewable energy infrastructure assets. To date, Santo has underwritten over $7 billion of invested capital in renewable energy assets including project financing transactions.
Santo joined Arevon in 2021 and is responsible for company and investment strategy and originating, underwriting, and executing investments to acquire, develop, and build utility-scale solar and energy storage assets. Projects include Condor Energy Storage, a Proximo Energy Storage Deal of the Year award-winning project, and Vikings Solar-plus-Storage, an IJGlobal Renewables Deal of the Year and Proximo Solar Deal of the Year award-winning project, and the first solar peaker plant in the U.S.
Prior to working at Arevon, Santo spent four years in an M&A role at NextEra Energy Resources, where he was responsible for M&A, evaluating and investing in distributed generation, solar, energy storage, fuel cells, hydrogen, and mobility. Preceding NextEra, he worked as a venture investor at GE Ventures where he was focused on investment opportunities in energy storage, mobility, and grid optimization. Earlier in his career, Santo was an attorney at the private equity and mergers and acquisitions practice group Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he assisted clients on more than $80 billion of transactions.
Santo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Guardsmen, a Bay Area non-profit organization that sponsors children from underserved communities for scholarships and camping programs.

Paul Smerchanski
Vice President, Origination
Paul Smerchanski serves as Vice President of Origination at Arevon. Smerchanski focuses on building relationships with offtakers for solar and energy storage projects as well as finding new customers for projects in development.
Smerchanski joined Arevon in 2021, and has been closely involved in analyzing market trends — from customer demand for renewables and evolving regulations to corporate sustainability goals and utility decarbonization efforts.
Prior to working at Arevon, Smerchanski gained nearly a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry. He spent three years at Origis Energy, where he played a key role in growing the company’s energy storage portfolio from just 2 megawatt hours to nearly 1 gigawatt hour of executed offtake agreements. Earlier in his career, he was employed at Recurrent Energy in Canada and was responsible for the permitting, interconnection, and financial modeling for solar projects in Ontario.
Smerchanski holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Jo Svendblad
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Jo Svendblad serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Arevon. Svendblad has more than 20 years of experience scaling human resources (HR) functions, building high-performing teams, and aligning talent strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth.
Svendblad joined Arevon in 2024, previously serving as Executive HR Advisor, and has played an integral role in shaping the company’s hiring practices, compensation and benefits programs, and career advancement initiatives. In her role, she oversees the HR department, including Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, with a focus on strengthening workplace culture, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Svendblad is also a certified Executive Coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Prior to working at Arevon, Svendblad spent five years at Uphold as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief People Officer, where she helped advance HR infrastructure and enterprise priorities. Earlier in her career, she held HR executive positions across technology, financial services, and venture-backed companies, leading global initiatives involving mergers and acquisitions, workforce expansion, and organizational development.
Svendblad holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Linguistics from San José State University.
