Global asset manager recognized for financing of 344 Megawatt (MW)dc Moapa Project
NEW YORK – Capital Dynamics, an independent global asset manager, today announced that its Clean Energy Infrastructure (CEI) team received the 2017 Solar Deal of the Year at the Annual IJGlobal North America Awards for its acquisition and financing of the 344 Megawatt (MW)dc Moapa Southern Paiute Solar Project in Nevada. Capital Dynamics accepted the award at a dinner held on March 15th in New York City. The honor is determined by a panel of industry leaders each year to recognize an exceptional transaction in the region that drives innovation in the market.

The IJGlobal award follows Capital Dynamics’ four finalist nominations in the 2017 Platts Global Energy Awards, including an Industry Leadership Award nomination, acknowledging the CEI team’s position as a leading owner of US solar generation capacity, and a Rising Star Award nomination for John Breckenridge.
